Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of an order is subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation, and our ability to fulfil the order.

We may need to cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, cannot be delivered, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or incorrect customer information.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display products accurately. However, colours, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on different devices.

Product information is provided for general use only and is not medical, veterinary, or professional advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP). The total price and delivery option are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
